We found an indoor play area today, not far from our house in the shopping mall of the RT Mart Superstore. We bought a 10-use pass because I know we'll be back. Milan was very serious and only cracked a smile once or twice, but I know he'll warm up to it. He even made a nice friend who helped him navigate the toddler obstacle course of tunnels, slides, and ball pits. Check out the cool socks - required footwear for those without socks (Mommies included). Unlike the Wheaton Mall play area, it doesn't smell like funky foot, so I am all for the cool socks.
School starts tomorrow and Tim is almost ready for his....drum-roll....8 students. Total. In the two classes he teaches, there are 5 + 3 students. I can't wait to go to the opening day ceremonies tomorrow. There will be a dragon dance and Milan has been waiting since Chinese New Year at the Silver Spring Library to see another dragon dance!
