More Backyard Adventures

This past weekend Tim fired up the backyard grill for the first time. This is a big deal in Argentina, and everyone has these parrillas or similar portable versions in their yards.

I marinated steaks in spicy sichuan pepper sauce to satisfy both my craving for spice and Tim's desire to fire up the grill. All of the meat we've bought here has been amazing, it doesn't matter how you cook it. And even though I have no idea what part of the cow I am buying, so far no regrets. Milan likes to look at the cow hearts, brains, and intestines in the store, and is helpful enough to point those out so I don't accidentally buy them for dinner.

The results were yummy. Can't go wrong with fire in the backyard, great steaks, and sichuan peppers.
